Scientific Journal HELIA is published by IRA (International Researchers Association) in the Pen Publishing platform authorized by ISA (International Sunflower Association).

Helia publishes twice a year in July and December only online version and only English-language articles. The articles could be Original, Technical and Review Articles, Short Communications, Reports, Letters to the Editor.

Helia is open access journal and free for publishing. No article publishing fee and no extra cost.

After submitting your articles to https://helia.ejournal.gen.tr/, your articles will be rewieved by Editor and sub editors then are peer reviewed by two reviewers.
